Valerio Schiavoni received his MsC in Computer Science at the "Università degli Studi Roma3", Italy in September 2005. He worked as Software Engineer from 2005 to December 2006 at Chi Technologies, a university start-up focused on tools for automatic web crawling and data extraction. In 2007, he joined the INRIA-Rhone Alpes Research Institute, France, where he worked on component-based softwares, integration of SOA platforms, and lately on gossip-based protocols. In January 2010, he started a PhD at the "University of Neuchatel", Switzerland.
