In 2013, I earned the Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Bern in the Joint Master Program with the thesis "PF-CryptDB - Towards efficient privacy-preserving SQL processing in untrusted clouds" supervised by Prof. Pascal Felber and Dr. Etienne Rivière. Since October 2013 I am enrolled as a PhD student at the dependable and distributed computing group and I am working in the field of energy-efficient cloud computing. I work in the context of Paradime, a project funded by the European Union, under the supervision of Prof. Pascal Felber and Dr. Anita Sobe.
